NokNok grocery delivery app launched in Ghana to improve grocery shopping experience

NokNok, a grocery delivery app with a base in Lebanon, was launched in Ghana to allow customers to order fresh produce and groceries and have them delivered to their doorstep within minutes.

The platform operates an inventory that highlights product availability in real time for customers to order from the nearest store for fulfillment and delivery. It also allows customers to track the status of their order and delivery from the start.

Item category includes ready-to-eat, fruits and vegetables, beverages, personal care, alcohol, snacks, household itemsand more.

Commenting on the launch, Timmy Wassouf, The Managing Director of NoKNoK Ghana Ltd. said: ‘Our goal is to provide convenience with a wide variety of fresh produce not only to customers who have busy schedules but need to stock up on groceries, but also those who desire speed and fresh inventory. We know and understand how deliveries can be an issue with delays and with our technology we aim to bridge the gap between our wide variety of fresh produce and the end consumer who desires ease and convenience in purchasing and receiving them in a few minutes..’

NokNok will operate in Accra and deliver groceries to the following areas:

  • Airport City
  • west ridge
  • asylum down
  • Abelemkpe

The company plans to expand its footprint to the East Legon and Spintex regions in the near future. The platform operates seven days a week from 8am-11pm.
